Hi, I’m Lisa, the founder of Feale, a space dedicated to supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, rebalance, and thrive.
My passion for health and energetics stems from my own healing journey. In 2014, my life changed dramatically when I began experiencing extreme fatigue, the kind no amount of rest could fix, along with brain fog, widespread pain, and a range of unexplained symptoms. After countless appointments with doctors and specialists, I was eventually diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions. I was prescribed medication and told I would have to “learn to live with it.”
Deep down, I knew there had to be another way. I couldn’t accept a life defined by exhaustion and discomfort. My search for answers led me to explore holistic and natural approaches to healing. It wasn’t a linear path, but each step brought me closer to balance and one treatment that truly transformed my health was colonic hydrotherapy.

Colonic Hydrotherapy gently cleanses the colon with warm, purified water at body temperature. The treatment can help to release built‑up waste, gas and mucus that can accumulate overtime and can supporting natural digestive function, hydration and overall wellbeing.

After booking the treatment you will receive a medical questionnaire, this questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the treatment or risk losing the appointment.
It is advised not to eat 2 hours prior to the treatment and can be beneficial to ensure you are well hydrated in the days leading up to your colonic hydrotherapy session.

The amount of sessions needed will vary from person to person. Someone suffering from constipation may require 2 or 3 treatments close together. It is not recommended to have more than 12 sessions a year

The average treatment time for a colonic is between 40 to 45 minutes. On occasion the treatment could be shorter depending on the therapists judgement and the wishes of the client.
Please allow up to 90 minutes for a first treatment to go through medical history. Follow up clients please allow 60 minutes.

Most likely you will feel great, lighter and enjoy a sense of well-being. As soon as the colonic is finished you can carry on with your daily routine. For some, the colonic may trigger several subsequent bowel movements for the next few hours, but there won’t be any uncontrollable urgency or discomfort. It is also possible you may feel light-headed or chilled for a few moments following a colonic (this is known as a healing crisis).
